It’s an interesting phenomenon. We live in a culture that expects humility from everyone but themselves. We bow before the king because the king can have us killed. That’s not humility. That’s humiliation. We doubt or deny our capacity in an attempt to appear less than we really are. That’s not humility. That’s self-deception. Neither extreme is God’s plan for you. Explore the book of Philippians and discover God’s design for humility. You were created by God and made for a mission. The power of humility is released when you use who you are and what you have for the benefit of others.
